Important Shipping Notes

1. Pickup and drop-off locations must be safely accessible for our trucks (no low trees, tight dead-ends, or blocked streets).
2. Vehicles typically travel about 500 miles every 24 hours while in transit.
3. All shipments include insurance coverage for up to $250,000.
4. We can ship inoperable vehicles if booked with the correct loading equipment.
5. Sport and luxury vehicles receive extra care. Enclosed transport is strongly recommended.
6. Vintage and classic vehicles receive extra care. Enclosed transport is strongly recommended.
7. Personal items are allowed up to 200 lbs inside the vehicle. Over 200 lbs may incur additional charges.

Preparation Requirements

To ensure a smooth pickup, please ensure the vehicle is clean for inspection, has no more than a 1/4 tank of fuel, and all personal belongings are removed. Ensure the vehicle is in good working order unless otherwise specified during booking.
